Dezember-Ausstellung: Überblick

In cooperation with the Kunstmuseum and the Künstlergruppe Winterthur, Kunsthalle shows a comprehensive selection of new works by local artists. From a total of 89 applications, the jury – Astrid Näff (Kunstmuseum Winterthur), Joëlle Menzi (Kunsthalle Winterthur) and Nadia Schneider Willen (Jury director visual arts, Swiss Federal Office of Culture), selected 35 artists to be part of the traditional show. The selection highlights the variety of the current local art production; artists who participate for the first time will certainly spice up the exhibition with some unexpected and surprising works, whereas the regulars reveal new developments and changes in their artistic involvement.
At the Kunsthalle works by Eugen Del Negro, Michael Etzensperger, fructoso/wipf, Duri Galler, Rebekka Gnädinger, Dominik Heim, Vincent Hofmann/Reto Müller, Eliane Hürlimann, Stefanie Kägi, Ron Temperli and Lydia Wilhelm are on display.
